Privately-held, owner managed company means focus is firmly on doing the right thing for the long term. As a result, the company's products are years ahead of their competitors. 1000 person company with the culture of a start-up.
Cons
The work can take over your life if you let it... there is ALWAYS something to do. Connecting new employees to the culture and mission gets tougher as the company grows. There are lots of social events and activities to help but many remote staff don't participate.
