Pros
product, people, and attention to continuous training, international work environment (English is the main language for real, not as some German companies promote themselves), good atmosphere. My managers were the best people I had the chance to work with, they were and are for me my mentor and I never felt wrong even if I showed my vulnerability.
Cons
When I was working there, they used to change policy every now and then and then and this was frustrating especially for people in customer service. If there is a change in the economic situation, they can easily laid you off.
