This is by far the most unhealthy and toxic working environment I've ever experienced! Although the overall company environment is average, the CARE department where I work is considered to be the lowest rated! People constantly watch you and judge your appearance. They do not interact with you, and they do not welcome you. They are very concerned about D&I, but they are often discriminatory and racist In fact, management lacks the ability to empower their teams to drive and steer things. On the contrary, if everything goes well, it's not your work, and if things go wrong, it's all your responsibility.
