* cost cutting - big time - (prob due to the fact they are not doing well in the market & loosing customers) * many recent redundancies - gettind rid of the wrong kind of people * lack of training or any onsite facilities * very few good dedicated staff remaining * good at making false promises * no sense of direction * too much red tape * too many people that take credit for the work they havnt done * no appreciation of effort * lack of communication
