Pros
Decent compensation package with private health care and gym membership. Working hours are flexible in my team and leadership pays extra attention to work-life balance. I would recommend this workplace to anyone.
Cons
In the recent years the formerly high salary became and average one due to the inflation in Hungary. There was only one slight salary raise in the recent years and currently every additional cost is frozen. Need to do performance reviews but it is not clear how bonuses and premiums are paid and related to this process.
