      Hybrid working, pantry snacks/coffee, near to Midvalley. Good colleagues

      Cons

      No bonus no more 13th month salary. Cut off birthday leave this year. No career growth

      The people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Started as a 6-day work week. Ended as a 60-hour work week. Zero time for your own life. Management expected you to work to live. Not live to work. Too much workload for one person to equal a 40 hour work week.
