Some really good people and a fairly successful company overall. The comp is good and I have been able to run up an insane amount of points from travel. They let you use your own FF #'s or use your cards which they reimburse later. . The nature of the work is straightforward, which makes it easy to build confidence and perform effectively over time. I was assigned work occasionally, but most of the time I had to ask for more to stay busy. Management emphasizes productivity and efficiency, which helps build strong time-management and problem solving skills.

Sometimes they are not as quick as they usually are with any reimbursements

I feel like I am always surrounded by smart and talented people which goes a long way to my own career growth. Typical projects are management consulting, audit or advisory or a mix of all three. Have never had any issues with flexibility or needing time off or scheduling trips. I have traveled a lot over the last few years.

Sometimes all the travel can feel like a grind. If I had a family it may be an issue.
