      Pros

      Day-to-day interactions with managers/colleagues etc are good. Nice work/life balance, you will hardly ever work late or on weekends and 3 days in the office is the standard.

      Cons

      The entire company is rotting under current leadership. Pay rises/promotions are extremely hard to come by and benefits are limited. Salespeople are showered with attention and the core products are consistently undervalued. Sudden redundancies are common, slashing teams in half in a week. Avoid if possible.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
