Very time consuming and lengthy and at the end they dont have the budget for the role then why waste time of the candidate, should have rejected in the first round itself

The hiring process at GlobalData consists of several stages. If your resume is selected, you first go through a short screening with HR via email. After that, the first interview with the hiring manager is scheduled, usually lasting around 15–30 minutes, with basic questions about your work history. If you pass, you will receive an Excel test. If you do well on the test, a final interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager and the Research Director at GlobalData. The process is quite lengthy, and each stage usually takes at least a week to receive feedback. Overall, the interviewers and HR team were always respectful and very professional. The only thing I found unprofessional was the lack of follow-up after interviews. Candidates are often ghosted without even receiving a rejection email, despite the process being long and time-consuming.
