      Pros

      Work culture is just awesome. employee is valued for what he does and they never pressurize employees for any kind of work. managers are people who listen to you and your problems and in certain situations, helps you too.

      Cons

      No Drawback. only salary is an issue for freshers but they offer enough.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
