      There is only one shift that is the general shift. Employees can work without any problem here when it comes to timings and all.

      Workload makes the employee getting tired that will result in poor performance from the employees side

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
