      Management, comms, office conditions, wages, toxic, hostile just overall some people who have been put in a management position should of never been there, no ability to manage, extremely insecure, maturity of a toddler until they get rid of those people this company will never grow naturally it will only go through M&A

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
