-Toxic Environment -Less to No Rest -No Work-Life Balance -Rotating shifts are not good for health, adding stress from upper Management -Scheduling within team are unbalanced -Too much workload compared to the scope of work -Lack of Manpower, upper Management is always reducing people saying that it is cutting of fat, blah, blah, blah... -Toxic management (Tech] -Need to be Onsite duty even during Typhoons and Emergencies -Other employees playing Politics and talking behind other's back -Slow career growth, some have been working til 20+ years just to be in upper management role, it's not worth it -Less appreciation from the company
