Cons
No over time allowed at all which I don't mind if they are feeding us weekly, buying flat screens monthly for contests or paying a guaranteed bonuses but when we are constantly behind on our work and not getting a bonus maybe over time should become an option. Also when it comes to promotions and they would rather promote cute young girls rather then someone who is a little older with more experience. When it comes to financing they give auto loans to anybody and then wonder why they are losing money left and right. People who work in the fast food and retail industry should not be allowed to get loans on luxury vehicles with payments of $400 plus.
