It's mostly on site in office

Some of the best, brightest and kindest co-workers. A really great culture with good cross team collaboration. Middle and upper managers are great.

Products almost always take longer to come out because of various scope creep, which is frustrating. Also, many products are developed with seemingly very little market research.
