      Nice offices, fast-growing firm, and friendly people

      Cons

      Too many partners and not enough associates, which means that there are not enough people to actually do the work brought in by the partners

      Pros

      Support staff has been fantastic for career development. Wonderful people to work with and I feel that it has been challenging in a motivational way to keep me developing my skillset.

      Cons

      I do think that I'm being slightly underpaid but the benefits of working here outweigh that.
