VPs pass on the culture of 'sacrifice', that all employees have to 'be the family', 'work extra' and 'use data to base decisions' however during finance meetings it's discussed openly how to worsen customer experience for profit, how bottom employees have to sacrifice even more, pay the least possible to store managers and that KPIs performance doesn't really mean anything when making decisions.
