      Pros

      The Gopuff team is stuffed with people that are really invested into making the company succeed - they all work really hard and everyone I connected with is invested and willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      24/7 role - literally. as a GM, I was on call all the time because there were no Shift leads (shift assistants) and I was the only salaried manager for a 24/7 site. Furthermore, the work going into launching the company into a city like NYC is tremendous - they're still figuring their stuff out, which meant lots of long hours, a lot of changed directions, and really thinking on the fly.

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
