Great people and strange company spending policy - Senior Software Engineer Gopuff Employee Review

Great work atmosphere great opportunity to deal with community.

Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

They got rid of all of the pros. There were great ones like 1/2 off caffeine. 40% off gopuff orders. Gone. They dont even hire full time.

Pay sucks. They do not care about their employees whatsoever. Corporate would rather cut corners, cut costs, cut people, instead of taking care of them. They decide from cali what works in az. They make decisions based on what earns corporate more. God forbid you work in any of their retail locations. Then you have to hit obscene metrics to expect of people you pay minimum wage or barely 70 cents more.
