Managers as well as hourly employees are made to feel that you are not allowed to go home. Many days are 14-16 hours. If you do leave for home you end up working from home at night. Employees that leave are not replaced making the workload too much for the remaining employees. Main concern is only about the bottom line. Information is not shared with the employees
