    Love the hours, people and management are nice and professional. Everyone seems to stay in there lane.

    I really don't have anything bad to say about this company.

    Advice to Management

    Management very helpful. Don't see them alot. Which is nice working nights.

    Pays well. That is all.

    Cons

    Poor management. Starting from top on down. On their 4th CEO in last 11 years. They overwork you for the money.

    Fire yourselves already.

    Pros

    Clean, temperature controlled competitive salary, safety oriented, in charge of your own line, usually not very physical, free safety shoes every year.

    Cons

    12 hour shifts, never know of overtime from week to week, three breaks, open most holidays, very little chance of advancement,low moral, boring unfulfilling job. Miss out on a lot of family time.

    Advice to Management

    Keep employees in the loop more. Use employee ideas more. Remember that PRODUCTION makes EVERYONE'S salary. Make all shifts 8 hours.

    Not even one thing is a pro. Supervisors will throw you under the boss in half a heart beat.

    Cons

    Everything. Supervisors can't be bothered to learn their job and will throw you under the bus in half a heart beat.

    Train your workers and hire supervisors that know what they are doing.
