    Pros

Pay rate and benefits are good.

    Cons

Management is favoritism to employees and they don't go by the hand book, when placing employee by seniority.

    Advice to Management

Needs to step up game, because you will never have good employees with the management you have today, Treat people the way you want to be treated, Don't just throw managers in position that don't have management experience.

Respond to your employees better about how things are on the production floor and make an appearance more often on the production floors to show employees your serious about your job

    Pros

Graham has good benefits, and competitive pay

    Cons

No work/home life balance. You are just a number and continuous improvement is only on a piece of paper. The company doesn't live its core values. If you want to punch a clock and work like a slave this is your company. The current management has set the company back several years.

    Advice to Management

Take some basic communication and team building classes. You forgot what it takes to have a great organization. Get a 360 degree reviews from your plants and see how people really feel about your leadership style. I'm sure you will find out quickly that your plants do not trust or respect you.
