The work culture is questionable - Anonymous employee Granular Employee Review

- The work culture is something I wouldn't approve of - Long standups, which is an utter waste of time - Micro-management which slows down action deliverables - Lack of proper communication from top-down, which leads to chaos sometimes - Tussle between product and engineering. Each silo considers themselves as more important and try to take decisions which is beneficial to just one group only. Both the silos dont function as a team. Evident since day one. - Work life balance is not too great except for a few groups like data science I guess. - Cramped up office
