Pros
The people here are fantastic. Every one of them is enthusiastic, talented, and fun to work with and be around. Decision making in the company is fairly out-in-the-open, so, unlike some other places I've worked, when orders come down from the upper ranks, the reasoning behind them is clear. Working schedules are relaxed, and all the other perks (free food, etc.) are there.
Cons
Granular is experiencing some growing pains and some integration difficulties after being acquired. These are quickly getting better, though, and are currently a major focus of the company.
