We really appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. Work/life balance is really important at Granular; we offer many ways for people to take the time they need including things like “Recharge Wednesdays” where all of our offices close at 2 pm every Wednesday. We check in with people in all many ways to make sure they feel supported and have manageable workloads. Our team is not as diverse as we would like; we are committed along with the rest of Corteva to changing this. We have several initiatives in place to address this and are starting to see some encouraging results but are clear that our work here is not done.
