Pros
- Great people - my coworkers were humble and kind - Interesting and important industry - working with farmers to make their businesses more profitable and efficient is a worthwhile mission - Amazing benefits - check out that 401k match (9% after 3 years)! - Good work/life balance - unlimited PTO, people do take time off, and nobody bats an eye if you do
Cons
- I believe in the company's overall strategy, but how we get there is still unclear, leading to confusion and uncertainty - Not very diverse, but is something they recognize and is working on - Compensation wasn't great, but was recently rectified and now is competitive with the market
