Pros
Greif truly offers the organization and benefits of a large corporation, with a local, and family like culture. Most of the employees have been with them 10-25 years. Every single person from the warehouse staff to the VP over North America was welcoming, personal, and professional. Great benefits, competitive pay, and they truly want to mentor, educate, and promote within.
Cons
Only con I can mention is that they have a strict attendance policy, point system (at least in the production/warehouse facilities). Which is a pro for those that adhere by it and want to succeed.
