Pros
Current remote office environment. It's a paycheck.
Cons
For a company where human interaction is paramount to business, Greyhound just doesn't care about people, both employees and their customers. Pay is 10% less than industry standard No vision or unifying company values Management does not recognize or appreciate their employees (kiss your motivation goodbye!) Extremely siloed; managers play gatekeeper between their direct reports and other teams and communication becomes a game of telephone Company refuses to recognize problems and improve issues that are so blatantly obvious. Just scroll through the comments on their social channels. Benefits department is atrocious. Communication about benefits is abysmal. Company culture is stuck in the 1970s Diversity & Inclusion initiative is led by marketing "I don't understand why you need to take a sick day if you're working from home" -actual quote from a manager
