Pros

New facility. Trying to be green. Shopfloor excelence. Quality. Excelent care for employees health an safety.

Cons

1. They are here in Serbia only because the workers are 4 times cheaper. It is not about the amount of money, it is about standard of living. Danish workers sallary let them buy houses, cars, vacations, travelling and schools for children. Serbian worker earns only to pay bills. 2. When Danish workers are in shopfloor they are allowed to eat and drink whatever they want and it is brought to them for free at the production line. They are even allowed to play games on phones. At the same time, nothing of it is allowed to Serbian workers. Only bottled water. 3. The machines on the most of the production lines are older than 25 yrs but they keep the targets like they were in Danmark or Germany when they were new.
