Great benefits and awesome team mates.

Guardian management has taken a blind eye to gossip, intimidation and most recently a decline in pay structure (all from management). Management acts as if they are on "your side" but gossips about you to fellow employees behind your back. Upper management did nothing to remedy the situation and because of this, 5 employees resigned within 5 days. Guardian Charlotte has the potential of being a great branch, but until the toxic instigators are removed, it won't happen.
