Pros

GumGum is known for their strong community first outlook as a business. They make sure employees feel appreciated and seen no matter what level they're at in their career. Being able to go into work and feel safe and seen as a human being first is really all anyone could ask for and GumGum does this exceptionally well.

Cons

Career Development doesn't always feel tangible. There are so many great departments, but it's challenging to see a clear process with how to move up in the company.

Pros

Good tech stack. Cool people.

Cons

Compensation & Leveling: The company consistently under-pays and under-levels employees relative to their actual responsibilities and market value. Workload: Leadership uses AI tools as a justification to pile on significantly more work without increasing compensation or adjusting deadlines realistically. Benefits & Perks: The benefits package is lackluster and doesn't justify the high-stress environment. Standard modern perks, like provided company lunches, are nonexistent. Office Environment: The office location is highly undesirable, as it is situated right next to a local dump/waste facility and parking is horrendous. They ask employees attend office but don't have enough parking spaces close by. They pay a lot of money to have these plants in the office that no one really cares about. How about we remove them and give back to your workers. Priorities...
