Pros
1.They have some good clients. 2.HR Policies are good. 3.Employee benefits are good. 4.One can get handsome package here.
Cons
1.If you are in IT domain ,then They will send you to client location. 2.Every time one has to change client locations after contract period over. 3.If you are in bench,maximum 45 days you can stay in company .After that they will fire you. 4.No job security. 5.The problem when you are in client location is,no recognition form Harman managers. 6.Your performance will not decide your hike.They will give simply generic hike to all.
