The company is on a great trajectory with the product/service enhancements. That, alongside the strategic alignment within the senior leadership team make it a terrific place to work. The environment is definitely one that accommodates the teaming to win mentality!
Cons
If you are not prepared to fully commit and give it your all, you are not a fit! The company has a tremendous focus on client satisfaction and new revenue growth and without a total commitment to those mandates, you will struggle to be successful!
