Pros
Organization is high, standards are set to a point that it's understandable and you have clarity what you're working towards, a general care for how things are going, people to talk to and plenty to see. The perks are also fantastic. Exams are paid for twice, the first try you also get paid for the time to take the test. They pay for LEED accreditation, great 401k, Health options, etc.
Cons
Don't know if it's a con, but it's a large organization and with that comes requests for software/tools that are subscription based. You may not have all of them by default, but it's pretty quick to get them if you need!
