Pros

The hours and days off give you a work life balance (once you are on days) The work is super simple

Cons

unless you know a manager or owner personally you will not go far in the company at all, freinds and family of managers and bosses walk in off the street as managers and bosses themselves or move up so quickly it’s disgusting, always short staffed and asked to do the work of 3 people every night. It gets very old employees are being burnt out and dropping like flies , they also hire anyone off the streets and the amount of criminals that work here is disgusting on top of it

Pros

Working at HP Hood for a short of amount of time was a blessing in disguise. The interview was fairly simple, as it went from a phone call screening to then an interview with the head IT admin. Once there, they connect you with every team in the building to make sure that you're situated properly. The people in the office are great, as they'll go out of their way to converse with you and are inclusive on top. The culture and work are very manageable and not overbearing.

Cons

The only con I can say is that you have to be in office 5x a week.
