Competitive pay but no raises, when it's time for a raise don't hold your breath - you will probably be laid off or moved to a different team.
Cons
No organization within the company, good luck getting any budget for your role's needs.
Directors are desperate for CEO approval and will throw anyone under the bus, even their own team members.
Teams do not collaborate well together, goodluck trying to get anyone to provide support or resources or even align on goals.
Goals and projects are constantly changing so there is no way to showcase results of work or even have the ability to do your job correctly.
Only diversity is the US/UK team members who are used as tools to make the company look more reputable.
Not sure how they are even functioning/operating, if this company was based in the US it would have been long gone years ago.
