As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!
