      Pros

      Looks good on your resume to work for the largest CNC provider in the world. Free lunches and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Management says very insulting things that they shouldn't. There's no need for it and it didn't help me to be more productive.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
