Pros
I've found Hacker Agency to be very supportive and inclusive. There is a strong team environment and there have been some great growing opportunities. Some very intelligent and competent people work here and they are very client-focused. Very supportive for personal and family needs and issues. Great work-life balance (this has changed from before)
Cons
Sometimes we do things that don't make much sense just because the client asks but such is the agency world. Every company has great, good and bad managers, but the bad ones don't last very long.
