Lower management and staff work hard to bring company success.
Cons
Company mission is fragmented. Leadership does not understand customer needs or current market. Constant movement of staff into new roles and ever changing priorities. High level of difficulty bringing a project from conception to completion due to inadequate process/ lack of process where needed/too many steps.
