I have been working at Haemonetics full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Directors and Managers and lower are great people to work with.

    Cons

Low morale borne from annual layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Care about people as much as the bottom-line. Turning over entire departments is not a good way to manage development of complex medical products.

I worked at Haemonetics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A Paycheck is guaranteed on time.

    Cons

Constant flux of employees due to complete lack of trust and respect. Has become a popularity contest, and if you do not suck up to the quality department you will be targeted for termination. Rules only get applied by who they want to keep, and there are major FDA violations in their paperwork and operations. There is no accountability and everyone passes the buck. No one will take ownership of their actions, comments or buy in.

    Advice to Management

This plant was on a growth pattern to be a top class flagship plant. Due to the loss of lines of demarkation, and the rule of intimidation. This plant will constantly be in 40% turnover rate. Management needs to clean house of ALL leadership, including and not limited to the Plant Leadership Team and Core Team. The corruption in these two groups is rampant of a kick back and bribery.

I worked at Haemonetics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

coworkers/colleagues were passionate about their work, decent pay and benefits

    Cons

Life is not your own (what PTO?) Poor transparency to the real financials, Punitive senior leadership (passive aggressive style), good old boy mentality. Never came close to attaining bonus potential with struggling financial performance.

    Advice to Management

look at yourself in the mirror for what you are and try to set realistic strategic goals. Your misses and unrealistic projections are the reason for so many carcasses along the roadside.
