Great culture, competitive pay, fantastic coworkers, and they value their employees

Any remote job has it’s challenges but Haemo does a great job providing what you need, when you need it

Platform has so much potential but company and managment is blind to changes in the market. They are oblivious to the importance of GPO’s and contracts and refuse to partner with customers. The only “pro” is technology but it’s impossible to be competitive and do what is needed to secure and grow current & new business due to management refusal to change from a “system/process” and “data” that is antiquated and outdated.

Leadership, micromanagement, new ideas or feedback are not welcome.

This is a market-leading company with a deep history of innovation, patient-centric focus, and quality products. The people are likable which is a major positive, and management cares about their people and products that represent the company. Culture is a real focus not just a buzz word.

Starting salary was a concern at one point, however that has been addressed over the last year and it now aligns better with other jobs in the same industry. Keep moving forward!
