I have been working at Haemonetics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great Benefits: very high bonus payout, PPO medical dental and vision, and life insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K match plan, Restricted stock units, stock grants The CEO really know how to make the company looks appealing to investors/ stakeholders. People at the site level works well with each other, very supportive, in team setting

    Cons

Corporate changes procedures without consulting with applicable manufacturing sites. On-going hiring freeze that won't allow replacement for critical role position Stated that product Quality is number one but prioritize Cost when discuss the improvement topic. No Orientation plan with requirements from HR beside the benefits. Speak up about compliance will get shot down with politics between executive leaders. Everyone...

    Advice to Management

Provide more support to the site instead of hiring more executive leader roles for corporate Provide a development plan for career growth Straighten the finances and listen to feedback from site leaders instead of deciding base on politic and cost Use talents within the company, who knew and understand the company deeply to perform Corporate audit instead of using outside source to perform the audit.

I worked at Haemonetics full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great benefits and an interesting and promising portfolio of innovative products and services.

    Cons

Unfortunately, years of reorganization, reductions in force, and outsourcing have led to a significant loss of knowledge for their products and ability to properly support their customers; as well as a divided and non-collaborative working environment.

I worked at Haemonetics full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The employees are great to work with, the benefits are good, and the job is challenging.

    Cons

The choices made have never included employee value. By providing voluntary golden handshake packages, they eliminated positions that were of high value. Everyone else is now overwhelmed with work they do not comprehend or have experience in. Letting go legacy employees that brought value was a huge mistake not to mention the previous mistakes over the past 10 years.

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate and consider positions and employees that brought value. Many, like myself took the package because they felt invisible and provided no value. When your manager fails to meet with you for over two years, the message was clear. When you talk about safety, please make sure you understand the value of human safety as well.
