Pros
Competitive salary, benefits. It's always the people that make the work fun. Awesome staff in every department.
Cons
Annual rounds of lay offs to appease Wall Street; as a result, many face the challenges of being forced out of work. New CEO and different thought process will hopefully get it right and end the cycle. Here's hoping it works this time.
