Pros
Great hours and work environment at least at the office where I am at. Nice Christmas party. Different location every year. You pay for it though.
Cons
Management is really non-existent. The lack of communication is really bad. They also preach that they care about their employees but when you ask for training the will not step up. Even if it is only a $100.00 class! Their bottom line is the holy rail. Attain it at all costs no matter what. It does not matter about the employees. At least the little guy. The directors and VP's travel all the time, stay in luxurious hotels and eat well when they can do most of the work on line via video conference.
