      The values of the company and the way it operates give a fair opportunity for employees to grow. Been with Harris for less than a year now but I believe I can grow well here.

      A low financial package for beginners.

      401K plan is a 'maybe we will match' type thing. Could be much better.

      A lot pressure, new processes implemented with not enough training, your job is mainly figure out as you go
