Pros
Harris has some amazing, talented team members who work very well together for clients and the company. Above average number of PTO days with decent medical, dental and vision benefits.
Cons
No work life balance due to limited staff resources. After several years of restructuring, lay offs and staff leaving and not being replaced, the workload has doubled and sometimes tripled for the remaining staff acquiring those roles/responsibilities. Raises are minimal if given annually at an average of 1.5% when exceeding expectations.
