good staff with incredible ethics.
Cons
No Executive Level direction (total disconnect within Sr. Management) , no strategic direction or plan that makes sense to be externally competitive. Eliminates entire departments and re-installs structure again 12 months later. Basically all sales staff but one left for better opportunities. No innovation in product development or competitive services development....an obsolete company that will be challenged to be competitive in the future of health care delivery services.
