Cons
No pay raises, No performance reviews, EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER!! Manager will TAMPER WITH/AGGRESSIVELY pressure you to LOWER PAID HOURS on timesheet/payroll sheet to make her productivity numbers appear higher; it's a hostile work environment due to facility rehab mgmt (and lack of support from corporate management despite multiple issues reported from many staff), discouraged from using PTO (made to feel guilty and treated in hostile manner, - silent treatment, manipulation, cruel treatment, lies about policy, etc.); the rehab manager is LITERALLY A NIGHTMARE and corporate appears to have taken no action!!! I've also witnessed that they will replace very experienced personnel with a lower paid new grad, even after 8 years excellent experience, just to save a buck - I've seen it myself and it makes me so sad... The BEST personnel have been replaced without a thought. This is BY FAR THE WORST REHAB COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR. PLEASE LOOK FOR AMY ALTERNATIVE!!!
