      Pros

      There are no pros except for some good and hardworking people trying to make something work that might be too broken to fix.

      Cons

      There is not enough room to list all of the cons. The biggest has to be the lack of team and the overall feeling that not everyone is playing fair and actually impeading progress of other locations. Very demeaning environment. Sucks the life right out of you!

      Pros

      Usually overtime available, small staff so everyone knows everyone & easy to work with other departments to resolve client issues.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime and if not completed you’ll be written up. Its been several years since I left so hopefully this has changed
