Negatively impacted my career - Assistant to the Publisher Hearst Employee Review

Endless cons including poor management from the top down, overworked employees because of tight magazine budgets, nasty colleagues (some), bureaucratic rules prevented me from taking another job within the company. Making $32k in NYC doesn’t really work either. I was reprimanded for submitting my overtime hours.
