      - Great communication flow from top down around company health, updates and milestones - Good effort to engage and focus on initiatives around DandI, working parents support, and volunteering opportunities - Good work life balance - this might be role dependent

      - Markets have different organizational structures and processes which makes it hard to centralize operations

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
