everyone is just great to work with
competitive benefits and pay and mgt really seems to care and are really down to earth
the new headquarters that we just moved into is a really cool environment
Cons
not with the company just with having to be in high cost Illinois
Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering
Cons
Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.
